About The Quilted Beehive
The Quilted Beehive is the main quilt shop in Ogden, and if you knew this address as My Heritage Fabrics, that’s the same spot — the shop changed hands and name, but it’s still on Valley Drive in the Rainbow Gardens complex.
It carries a full array of 100% cotton quilting fabrics along with a notably large selection of notions and gifts, and runs classes for a community of quilters and fabric artists that reviewers describe as genuinely welcoming.
The practical detail worth remembering is the hours: open until seven, Monday through Saturday. Almost every fabric shop in Utah shuts at five or six, so the handful that stay open into the evening are disproportionately useful — this is the one in Weber County. Closed Sundays, like most.
The Rainbow Gardens setting is pleasant in itself, and Ogden’s historic 25th Street is a few minutes away if you’re making an afternoon of it. For machine repairs, Wimmer’s is across town.
