About Nuttall's Sewing Center
Nuttall’s Pleasant Grove shop covers Utah County for a family business that has been selling and servicing sewing machines since 1963. It sits conveniently among the county’s better cluster of fabric shops, so it slots easily into a day that’s mostly about buying fabric.
As across the chain, they’re an authorised dealer for Bernina, Brother, Janome, Baby Lock and HandiQuilter, and stock sergers, sewing furniture, fabric and notions. The business is reportedly America’s largest Bernina dealer, which shows in the range on the floor.
The main reason to come, though, is servicing. If a machine is misbehaving and you’d rather not post it anywhere, this and Dave’s Bernina down in Provo are the two obvious Utah County options — and between them you can usually get most makes seen to.
Reviews are largely good, especially on repair work, though a few customers report service that felt brisk.
